With Bentley's 100th anniversary coming up next year and the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition of Mulsanne. It pays homage to the company's founder, W.O. Bentley is a relic from one of his cars.
The special model that can be purchased on either a long-wheelbase or regular-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of the car can be felt throughout the interior, including the Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that features a display window with a slice of the original crankshaft from the 8 Litre displayed inside.
W.O. is emblazoned in a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome-colored application that runs along the back of the vehicle. The front grille is patterned following 1930s-inspired Onyx and there's also an optional chrome finish around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille is also unique, gaining a chrome shell instead of the usual body-color mesh that is found on the regular Mulsanne and including the Flying B logo as well.
